When you go into the field , be sure to know that you play with no supervision at all . That is why you must remember you represent the association . Your workflow depends on the integrity to show respect and consideration to your fellow team mates and to accept the rules of the association . It is a moral challenge , that all the partners play in the same discipline way ,showing always loyalty , courtesy and team work.
